Gwyneth Paltrow has made her own name in show business.
Gwyneth Paltrow became a favorite for
many with her lead role in Shakespeare In Love.
She followed that performance up with other big movies
including The Talented Mr. Ripley with Jude
Law, Shallow Hal with Jack
Black and more recently Proof.
In Proof Paltrow's plays Catherine, a
woman who just lost her father and realizes she may
have picked up some of his less desirable traits This
performance has earned Gwyneth Paltrow a nomination
for Best Performance by an Actress in a Motion Picture
- Drama.
Paltrow is married to singer Chris Martin from the popular rock
band Cold Play.
