Jamie Lee Curtis
was born to parents who were huge stars in Hollywood at the time Janet Leigh and Tony Curtis.
She got her first big break in a low budget horror film called Halloween, it went on to be one of the best
selling horror movies of all-time and it made her a star.
Curtis is married to Spinal Tap star and writer Christopher Guest and has
received the British title of Lady Haden-Guest through her marriage after Guest was given the title.
She would later return to the Halloween movie series with a role in the movie Halloween H20.
Curtis has been in all kinds of successful films over her career, but has said that she is nearing the end of her career.
She has starred in Trading Places, A Fish Called Wanda and a Golden Globe winning performance
in True Lies. At this year’s awards Curtis is nominated for her role in Freaky Friday.
