Judi Dench has been in movies since the 1960's
and has been in numerous critically acclaimed films.
She has spent much of her career on the stage,
but has appeared films like The Shipping News, The Importance
of Being Earnest and The Chronicles of Riddick. She is also
known for her role as M in the James Bond films.
This year Dench has starred in two recognized
by the Golden Globes. She plays Lady Catherine de Bourg
in the latest version of Pride
& Prejudice. She nominated for a best actress
Golden Globe for starring performance in
Mrs. Henderson Presents.
